personally have used the units for a couple of years to do voice over session over ISDN. The unit was never in a 24/7 operating mode, more like a few hours per month until 2017. The unit is in excellent working condition and has always been stored in a data centre with optimal power feeds and climate control. The unit has some minor scratches on the front panel from being mounted in the rack. Its a highly reliable piece of kit, never had any issues with it, its also very flexible since you can connect to many different codecs from different vendors since it has many different encoding algorithms on board.
