In The Bar' kunnen onze gasten genieten van onze vers gebakken items, vers bereide koffie, relaxte jazz muziek en een stijlvolle inrichting. Elke twee weken op zondag vanaf 17:00 uur is er live Jazz muziek en kunnen de gasten genieten van heerlijke cocktails, lokale bieren en een selectie van het a la carte menu.
Ons nieuwe restaurant is vanwege de locatie de perfecte plek om elkaar te ontmoeten en een drankje te doen of lunchen of dineren. Het restaurant heeft een trendy en ontspannen setting en is een all day dining concept met Nederlandse invloeden.

Main objective: Human Resources Coordinator
As a Human Resources Coordinator you support the Human Resources manager in their daily tasks in: recruitment, learning& development, HR management, following policies & procedures, sick leave, work conditions and administration.
You need to have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. You will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations. This role would suit someone with previous HR Administration experience, some exposure to payroll administration, who is highly organised, has great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Job Requirements

Requirements: Good knowledge of relevant Dutch laws and regulations;At least 2 years relevant working experience;Excellent control of the Dutch and English languages, both written and verbal;Hands on and communicative personality, driven, organized, taking initiative;Ability to multi-task, flexibility and able to work in a dynamic environment;Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel;Knowledge and experience with the Horeca KHN/AVR regulation is an advantage;Integrity, ability to work as part of a team, developed planning and organizing skills and accuracy.
